Marina Walk/Marina Club Apartments is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of our waterfront apartment community in St. Petersburg, FL.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick up and maintain clean grounds throughout the property.
- Straighten and clean outdoor furniture and common areas.
- Move trash and bulk items to the curb on designated collection days.
- Maintain and restock puppy stations (waste bags, trash removal)
- Trim plants, shrubs, and light landscaping as needed.
