Groundskeeper

JOB DESCRIPTION Part of a nation wide family of Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Covenant Living is seeking a Groundskeeper. This position provides landscape and maintenance services needed in keeping grounds and buildings on campus attractive and well kept.

Mow and/or renovate lawns. 

Transport grass clippings and other garden materials to appropriate area.

Edge sidewalks and driveways.

Weed‑eat where necessary.

Weed and cultivate flower beds.

Thin and prune trees, shrubs, vines, flowers, etc.

Operate time clocks for sprinkler systems.

Repair or install new sprinkler systems.

Make periodic rounds to pick up trash and other debris.

Help with planting, fertilizing, spraying, and maintenance of all lawns and flower beds.

Water and maintain all lawn areas and flower beds.

High School diploma or the equivalent, required.
