Position overview: As an Apartment Make Ready Housekeeper, your responsibility will be to complete all needed improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move-in by following the community's make-ready checklist.

Main duties and responsibilities: Responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive, comfortable condition. Accurately complete records in Onsite regarding service requests, preventative maintenance, and make-ready of vacant apartments. Help clean grounds and all common areas daily. Complete all duties regarding make-ready/vacant units including cleaning of appliances, windows, floors, bathroom fixtures, cabinets – inside and outside, vacuuming, light fixtures – inside and outside entry doors, outlet covers, drapery rods, patio/balcony, light bulb changing/replacement.
