Job Title: Groundskeeper

St. Charles Country Club is a 27 hole, private country club, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We are seeking individuals for the upcoming 2026 season who are energetic, reliable, team-oriented and hard working. You will work with the maintenance team to provide general care, maintenance and course set up of all golf course features. Our goal is to provide the best golf experience every day in Manitoba.
Duties include:
- Routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance, including but not exclusive to:
- Raking and maintenance of sand traps
- Mowing and maintenance of greens, tees and fairways
- Course set-up
- Performs any other related duties as directed by the Golf Course Superintendent or management team
