Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
Location: St Helens, WA9 5GG
Salary: £30,000 to £32,500
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30-16:00

About the role

We are looking for someone who can lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality grounds maintenance services across multiple sites, managing a number of operational teams. The role involves day-to-day team leadership, planning and allocating work, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Coordination - supervising and managing grounds maintenance teams along with training, coaching and mentoring new members.
  • Operational Delivery - ensuring all work is done to specification/schedule, conducting site visits to inspect quality, and identifying any issues.
