Grounds Maintenance Operative (Mobile)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum.

Location: Eastleigh / Southampton/Wessex and surrounding areas.

Employment Type: Permanent (other opportunities may be available).

Key Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance and reactive work on a variety of commercial properties including retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools, colleges, parks and open spaces. Work mobilely across multiple sites with pick‑up and drop‑off arranged based on location. Use hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc. Collaborate within a small team to ensure efficient service delivery. Interact with customers to confirm satisfaction with completed work. Requirements Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience. Experience operating hand‑held power tools.
