Grounds Maintenance Operative (Mobile)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum.

Location: Eastleigh / Southampton/Wessex and surrounding areas.

Employment Type: Permanent (other opportunities may be available).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and reactive work on a variety of commercial properties including retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools, colleges, parks and open spaces.
• Work mobilely across multiple sites with pick‑up and drop‑off arranged based on location.
• Use hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
• Collaborate within a small team to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Interact with customers to confirm satisfaction with completed work.

Requirements

• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
