We (The Best Connection) are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard, ensuring that green areas are kept clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

• Grass cutting and mowing across various sites
• General upkeep of parks, public areas, and green spaces
• Strimming, hedging, and trimming where required
• Clearing leaves, litter, and debris from outdoor areas
• Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard
• Using and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment safely

Requirements

• Previous grounds maintenance or outdoor work experience preferred
• Ability to use machinery such as mowers and strimmers
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
