Gardener / Grounds Maintenance
£24,000 to £28,800 per annum.
Location: Loughton, with duties across various areas within the Epping region.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and be courteous to members of the public.
- Maintain an effective and professional approach at all times.
- Show enthusiasm for the work and a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Be willing to learn new skills.
- Be physically fit and able to use equipment requiring agility, strength and dexterity.
- Work outside in all weathers.
- Maintain good timekeeping and consistent attendance.
- Follow directions and work instructions from senior colleagues.
- Accept flexible work patterns and duties as required.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
- Good standard of education (GCSE's).
- Understanding of grounds maintenance machinery and equipment.
