Our client is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field operations on complex geotechnical and heavy civil construction projects to do with ground improvement . This hands-on leadership role is responsible for safely delivering high-quality ground improvement works while overseeing crews, subcontractors, equipment, and daily site activities. Working closely with Project Management, the successful candidate will coordinate technical and logistical requirements, ensure projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with engineering specifications, and foster a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
