    • PURPOSE: Grind/Blend Operator

    General plant labor, to include operating machinery, forklift operation, lab sampling, grinder operation, votator and slurry meat operation, housekeeping, cleaning, painting, grounds and general housekeeping in all areas of the plant.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • General plant labor.
  • Utilize and operate a forklift
  • Utilize lab equipment to take samples and perform tests on products
  • Temperature monitoring of product and votator operation
  • Fresh meat sampling/Frozen meat sampling
  • Raw product unloading
  • Finished product loading
  • Plate Freezer Operation
  • Inventory counts
  • Stretch Wrapper Operation
