• Minimum 3+ years of kitchen experience (REQUIRED)
• Experience with Brazilian BBQ / meat-focused kitchens
• Ability to work fast, stay organized, and perform under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-driven

• Ensure speed, consistency, and quality during service
• Keep the kitchen clean, efficient, and organized
