Responsibilities
- Set and monitor the water pipelines
- Examine produce quality and quantity and prepare it for market
- Monitor irrigation and the soil moisture as per crop requirements
- Plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, irrigate and harvest
- Plant, grow and harvest in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring productivity and quality goals are met or exceeded
- Spray fertilizer or pesticide solutions to control insects, fungi, and weeds
- Perform other general duties on the farm as required
Requirements
- Secondary school or equivalent work experience
- At least 6 months of related working experience
- Reliability, Team player
