Greek Technical Operations Data Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Data mapping and integrations to systems on hand;
• Implementation and maintenance of parametrization activities and strategies;
• Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions;
• Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents;
• Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures;
• Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment;
• Identifying areas or processes for improvements.
