REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
K-5 Michigan teaching certificate with an Early Childhood Education (ZA or ZS) endorsement Early Childhood Education (ZA) or Early Childhood-General and Special Education (ZS) endorsement, Birth-K, or PK-3 endorsement.Prior experience working with preschool-aged students.Knowledge of child growth and development and ability to implement early childhood curriculum.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Technology competence.Collaborative mindset. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong understanding of child development, pedagogy, and effective instructional strategiesPassion for integrating arts into the curriculum and promoting creativity in the classroom
