Job Description

Role Objective: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for building high-performing visual creatives across marketplaces and digital media platforms. The role combines design thinking with performance understanding, creating platform-native creatives that drive conversion, improve CTR, and strengthen brand recall.

You will work closely with performance marketing, brand, and marketplace teams to continuously test, optimize, and scale creatives across Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce, D2C, Meta and Google ecosystems. The role also involves optimizing A+ and B+ content and leveraging AI tools to increase creative velocity while maintaining brand consistency.
