Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs adhere to the brand’s visual guidelines, maintaining consistency across all materials, including digital, print, and multimedia. Continuously refine and enhance the visual identity of the brand through key creative assets.
  2. Design Creation: Lead the development of primary visuals and key branding elements for major campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives. Work closely with the design team to produce high-impact visuals across multiple platforms.
  3. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior and mid-level designers, helping them develop their skills and meet creative goals. Review and critique design concepts, providing constructive feedback to improve design quality and effectiveness. Ensure that team deliverables meet both creative and technical standards.
