Role Overview

This is a
part-time (2.5 days/week), remote, consultancy-based role
with a
primary focus on fundraising
. The Grants & Funds Associate will lead efforts to identify funding opportunities, develop grant proposals, and support the design of fundable programmes aligned with AIEF's mission.

Working closely with the leadership team, this role will help build AIEF's funding pipeline and lay the groundwork for long-term sustainability. The position has potential to grow into a
Senior Fundraising or Programme Manager role
as the organization expands.
