Job Overview The Mental Health Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling to children, adolescents, families, and caregivers. Responsibilities include establishing trust with clients, creating treatment plans, maintaining documentation, and offering therapeutic intervention. Average Salary is $65,270.40 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapy for clients. Provide crisis intervention and refer clients to additional services as needed. Maintain accurate and timely client documentation and submit billing paperwork. Collaborate with agency staff and external partners to deliver services. Actively participate in evidence-based therapeutic training and certification.
