Job Title: Graduate Transport Planner

Location: Gateshead


Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established transport planning consultancy in their search for a Graduate Transport Planner to join their growing Gateshead office.


This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to one year’s experience looking to build a career within transport planning. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants on a diverse range of residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use developments, receiving excellent training and career progression from day one.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans.

  • Supporting transport data collection, analysis and technical reporting.

  • Assisting with junction modelling using software such as ARCADY, PICADY and LINSIG.
