Graduate Trainee: Systems Development & Reporting (HR)

About the role

Do you enjoy building web-based forms, solving practical problems and using technology to make processes work better? We’re looking for a motivated graduate to join our People and Organisation Service and gain hands-on experience developing web-based forms for our HR service, alongside supporting the development of data dashboards and reports.

Working alongside our HR Systems Development and Integrations Officer, you’ll help create and improve digital forms and workflows, support the development and use of HR systems, and contribute to reports that turn workforce data into clear, useful insight.

This opportunity would particularly suit someone who enjoys building forms, wants to apply their HTML and Visual Basic skills in a real-world setting, and enjoys working with data.
