Program Overview

Our Graduate Trainee (GT) programs are developed for specific business divisions and are uniquely tailored in collaboration with business leaders. The GT programs serve to develop subject matter experts within their selected divisions, with the aim of creating a holistic young banker at the end of each program. We are currently hiring Graduate Trainees for Business & Corporate Banking.

Program Framework

GT Programs typically consist of 3 rotations across various departments within the division, supported by coaching from line managers. The first rotation includes on-boarding, attachment to a department and training including professional certifications.
