Job Description
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT (PRIMARY, SUPPORTIVE)
1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through multiple channels (email, chat, phone, social media, etc.) and guide customers through features, setup, and usage of our product or service ie. JustGO mobile application and its services.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues with patience and efficiency, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
3. Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to relevant teams (product, engineering, sales, etc.)
4. Conduct market research, through online and offline channels and travel to the multiple touch points of PLUS to engage with customers and other stakeholders.
5. Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation, FAQs, and help articles.
6. Meet or exceed KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
