Responsibilities
- Execute audit inspections for drainage and slope maintenance works, including reviewing MIT audit findings and conducting spot checks on drainage repair and upgrading works, to ensure timely maintenance interventions in accordance with relevant governmental acts, specifications, and guidelines.
- Assist in identifying, highlighting, and monitoring drainage defects reported by all stakeholders to ensure timely repair works while meeting internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and liaise with NMM and contractors to obtain feedback on technical aspects of drainage works.
- Assist in monitoring drainage work orders and projects issued by Head Office to ensure commencement and completion within stipulated timelines.
- Monitor system performance and maintenance activities of the Real Time Monitoring System (RTMS) to ensure reliable system operation.
