Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support innovation/project activities such as data gathering, basic engineering analysis, and preparation of working papers, slides and reports for internal stakeholders. 
  • Assist in tracking project progress (timeline, deliverables, issues/risks) and maintain updated project documentation and records. 
  • Coordinate meetings/workshops (agenda, minutes, action tracking) and support communications between project team members and stakeholders. 
  • Support research activities (benchmarking, customer/user input, site observations) to identify gaps and improvement opportunities in services/operations. 
  • Assist in basic cost/benefit inputs and practical implementation considerations (resources, constraints, safety/quality implications) for proposed initiatives.
