Description

1. Communicate effectively with relevant business units at every stage of the project execution to ensure input and concerns are addressed and actions are taken. 

2. Gather and analyze user requirements and translate into software design and specifications. 

3. Work on minor software developments, enhancements, bugs and issues. 

4. Monitor project implementation and report progress in a timely manner. 

5. Write reports regarding the status of software under development. 

6. Conduct software and system testing. 

7. Monitor the performance of internal software, applications, and systems. 

8. Attend and/or facilitate project meetings and discussions with relevant business units as required. 

9. Prepare documentation, presentations and reports as required. 

10. Support any ad-hoc and other duties as required in the department
