Responsibilities
- To coordinate and execute the implementation of assigned projects in line with the approved Based Action Plan and budget.
- To conduct site assessment for the finalization of detailed design of the assigned project to meet user requirements and regulatory requirements.
- To coordinate and execute the construction of the assigned projects within stipulated contract period.
- To conduct/attend site meetings/inspections to ensure completion of rectification and outstanding works before expiry of the Defects Liability Period (DLP) and closure of Final Account
- Provide information and any other related documentation in responding to customer complaint with the relevant Department/Section
- Applying technical and professional knowledge in the execution of assigned projects to meet the user requirement and regulatory requirements
