The Role
We're seeking a Graduate Support Engineer with a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Science.
First 3 Months: Support Executive Track
You'll begin as a Support Executive, providing technical support to our international clients. This role demands fluent English communication skills, technical problem-solving abilities, and the grit to work through real-world production issues. You'll also learn some of our AWS cloud architecture and our SaaS platform intricacies, and develop deep product knowledge while supporting our systems for major oil & gas operators.
You'll also be part of our Lean process improvement initiatives alongside our development team, receiving in-house training on Lean thinking and continuous improvement methodologies.
A critical part of your role involves Prompt Engineering training—you'll receive comprehensive in-house training on crafting effective prompts for AI tools. You'll regularly use Claude, ChatGPT, G...
