The Oh Lab is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our research group in the Department of Chemistry at Memorial University of Newfoundland. We are currently hiring two graduate students for exciting projects at the intersection of computational chemistry, molecular biophysics, and artificial intelligence.

Position 1: Graduate Student

• Project Title: Developing Novel Therapeutics for Selective Inhibition of HIFP4H Isoenzymes
• Project Description: This project focuses on building a graph neural network model that predicts the inhibitory activities of PHD2 inhibitors, and elucidating the molecular mechanisms of PHD2 inhibition using an integrative approach of machine learning, molecular dynamics, and molecular docking.
