Responsibilities
Provide technical support for my client’s scientific software.
Assist end users with technical issues and troubleshoot problems.
Qualifications & Background
Recent science graduate (preferably chemistry) with 2:1 or above.
Passion for IT and desire to move into an IT career.
Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with people at all levels.
Analytical mindset.
Good organisational skills.
