Aker BP is launching a 2027 Graduate Program in Trondheim, Oslo and Stavanger. As a Project Engineer graduate, you will rotate through ongoing projects to coordinate technical interfaces and contribute to productivity improvements in a leading AI-native E&P company.

We seek final-year students or recent graduates with broad engineering knowledge, strong English, and a willingness to learn across disciplines.
