Job Summary

Dalhousie’s Faculty of Management offers graduate programs that prepare students for leadership in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. With a strong focus on experiential learning, career development, and values-based leadership, our programs include the MBA, MPA, MI, MScB, and Master of Management. Reporting to the Associate Director of Graduate Recruitment and Admissions, the Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator promotes these programs and supports enrolment growth. This role leads strategic recruitment initiatives, coordinates marketing activities, and advises prospective students throughout their application journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent programs at recruitment events, webinars, and outreach opportunities across Canada and beyond.

  • Provide personalized advising and support to prospective students from inquiry through to application, and from application through to registration and arrival.
