Working as a Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils with a variety of additional needs by helping them engage in learning, develop independence, and build confidence in the classroom.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Assisting with therapy recommendations and classroom adaptations.
• Encouraging communication and social interaction.
• Recording pupil progress and achievements.
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
