As part of the NRW Civil & Mining team, you’ll work in a dynamicand diverse environment with opportunities to be involved in arange of mining projects and pit design operations. These positionswill be site-based on an 8:6 roster or 2:2 roster ,and a Head Office placement to help you understandproject systems and business operations.

Throughout the Graduate Program, you will gain exposure tomultiple facets of the business from planning and production toproject delivery building upon your skills and technical knowledge.You’ll also have the chance to attend one of our tailoredleadership training programs , designedfor those interested in advancing into future leadership roles.
