Hire Resolve's client in the Sugar Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Manager-in-Training (Electrical Engineering) in South Africa.
Who should Apply?
Three Positions
• Electrical Engineering (Light current/Instrumentation) x 2
• Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current) x 1
• On successful completion of the programme and subject to satisfactory performance, Trainees
may be appointed to a First Line Manager or Middle Manager position.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a well-structured program aimed at gaining practical experience in the field of Electrical Engineering.
• Engage in the application of theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios within the sugar production environment.
