As part of Enterprise Mobility’s Graduate Management Training Programme, you’ll take on real responsibilities across customer service, sales and marketing, financial control, operations and logistics, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
  • Connect with local business partners, grow your network, and develop lasting relationships.
  • Understand financial mechanics, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
  • Manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
  • Lead mentoring, training, and development of your own team, with the opportunity to manage and promote others.
