We at InfraBuild would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our 6 Graduate Program as a Graduate Digital Systems Engineer for our Laverton Steel Mill site. 
 
Real Work with Real Outcomes – Our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work on a manufacturing site where participants gain a comprehensive technical and operational skills training blend. 
 
The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through the manufacturing sites business units. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.
