WSP UAE offers Emirati graduates an award‑winning Graduate Civil Engineer program within the Building Structures team. You will receive structured development, mentorship, and hands‑on project exposure across key infrastructure and property projects in the UAE.

You will assist in technical designs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support documentation while learning AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS and SAFE to ensure UAE code compliance.
