Graduate / Associate Technical Business Analyst (Innovation)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Tech team at Marsh Risk Tech . This role will be based in Singapore - Marina View . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Marsh Risk Tech’s Innovation team partners with the Marsh Risk business to identify and deliver opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and technology modernization . We’re hiring a Graduate / Associate Technical Business Analyst who sits at the intersection of a traditional BA and an early-career developer—someone who is AI-curious , loves to ask why is it done this way?, and is excited to build toward becoming an Agentic AI / automation developer over time.
