Need to have
- Final year student or recent graduate with an M.Sc. degree in Petroleum Engineering or related fields (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, Cybernetics, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Economy).
- Curiosity for complex, real-world operational challenges.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect calculations and data to practical decisions.
- Eagerness to spend significant time offshore, gaining hands‑on experience.
- Fluent in English for professional communication and hold a valid EEA work permit.
- Achieved a 'B' average or higher (or equivalent) in academic results, with grades directly assessed from transcripts.
