Requirements

  • Possesses a relevant M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field (Marine, Structural, Energy, Process Engineering)
  • Comfortable using AI tools/copilots and keen to apply them to engineering work
  • Must be based in Norway and legally authorized to work for the full duration of the program
  • Strong English communication skills and willingness to learn Norwegian
  • Willingness and ability to travel offshore sporadically
