**Need to have**
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Cybersecurity or a related engineering field.
- Academic experience focused on Cyber Security GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance).
- Foundational understanding of key cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, and IEC 62443.
- Strong interest and understanding of digital and cybersecurity technologies.
- Fluent in English and proficient in professional Norwegian communication.
- A structured and curious approach to understanding how systems work and solving complex problems.
