Grader Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate a motor grader to spread and level materials such as soil, gravel, and asphalt.
• Grade roads, construction sites, and other surfaces to the required specifications.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Ensure safe operation of machinery and follow all safety procedures.
• Work with the construction team and supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a motor grader.
• Ability to read grade stakes, site plans, and instructions.
• Knowledge of road construction and grading techniques.
• Valid driver’s license (Class depending on local regulations).
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
