Temporary Grade 6 Teacher

East Central Alberta Catholic Separate School Division invites applications for the position of 1.0 FTE Grade 6 teacher at Christ‑King School in Stettler, Alberta.

This is a full‑time temporary contract position replacing maternity leave. Duties are to commence on August 25, 2026, and the contract will terminate on June 25, 2027.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • Bachelor of Education
  • Ability to teach Grade 6 subjects
  • Focus on high quality, student‑centered learning
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and exercise servant leadership
  • Willing to be involved in extracurricular activities (coaching or clubs)
  • Able to serve and live as an example of Jesus Christ to all
