Overview
We are looking for Family Medicine Physicians specializing in Dermatology to join our growing team in Edmonton, Alberta. This position would entail full time, 5-day per week clinical work. While having previous dermatology training or experience is preferred, we also offer training opportunities for those interested.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional patient care always and provide a friendly and inviting environment for patients
- Conduct patient skin assessment, treatment planning and implementation, evaluation of treatments for effective outcomes
- Provide consult notes to referring family physicians for new patients
- Perform follow-up care for existing patients and/or refer to an internal general practitioner for continuation of care
- Assist with coaching nursing team to be able to provide effective patient care
- Participate in training and education opportunities provided by the company
