Position Title Government Documents-Reference Librarian Job Summary As a designated selective Federal Depository Library (FDLP), Tuskegee University Library Services seeks a qualified candidate to manage and provide access to government documents while delivering high-quality reference and instructional services. The incumbent will maintain familiarity with the Government Documents and Reference collections, remain current with FDLP guidelines and communications, and respond to FDLP requirements accordingly.

Essential Job Duties
  • Process government documents (e.g., binding, stamping, labeling) in compliance with FDLP regulations and departmental procedures.

  • Select and deselect federal documents in accordance with FDLP guidelines.

  • Provide catalog access, including maintaining accurate online system records.
