supervision of the Chief of Staff - Office of the CEO (O-CEO), the Governance Support Multimedia Specialist is responsible for the logistics and preparation of public meeting-related activities, including Assist with AV, room set up, meeting material production and quality assurance (proofing and formatting support), meeting room set-up and break-down for each public meeting. Additionally, the incumbent will serve as a back up to the Board Liaison when needed; and perform other periodic assignments for the O-CEO as needs arise
