Overview
The Governance Operations Analyst supports the day‑to‑day operations of the governance function, ensuring smooth execution of committee meetings, documentation workflows, audit responses, and stakeholder communication across the enterprise. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑focused individual with strong coordination skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with regulatory oversight.
The analyst will help manage governance materials, build and maintain SharePoint repositories, leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, and contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities over time.
