About the role


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Governance Officer to support a broad range of corporate governance activities at group level.
This role sits at the heart of the organization, coordinating governance processes and providing ad-hoc operational and administrative support.



You will be part of the Legal & Compliance team and report directly to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer & Company Secretary (CLCO).

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Governance ensures that all corporate governance-related policies, processes and operational processes at group level are effectively executed and updated, including: recurring filings/uploads
    management/coordination/monitoring Powers of Attorney Pharming, including all filings Chamber of Commerce
    filings annual reports/403 statements Dutch subsidiaries
    governance processes foreign subsidiaries Pharming, including man...
