Governance Manager

About the Role:

Bolder is an international provider of corporate, private, fund, and governance services to a wide range of clients across its global offices. As part of our rapid expansion in Asia, we are currently seeking a Governance Manager for our Philippines office. In this role, you will be part of our global Governance team, overseeing governance-related matters and supporting the management and development of a team of Governance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Governance team, including the preparation and review of legal documents and filings with multiple regulatory authorities across various jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and enhance standardised and bespoke legal documentation, including letters, minutes, resolutions, agreements, and other corporate instruments.
